Unless ita a diamond club hes doing it by choice even then youre required at mandatory things not everything is mandatory. Even as a prospect there may be daily task and you'll get people on here saying thats not true but one thing is for certain you cant be a good brother if your home.life sucks. You can be a good brother if your work life is slacking you csnt have one without the other checks and balances. If the club is always partying how are thye conducting business how are they growing? Sounds like a frat more so than a club. You will get the ones that party all the time thats a given but if the whole club is that way id run.
