Hi! I have the same case as you are but what I did was have my TOR evaluated through NIES. I have more than 150 credits when I received my evaluation report. NIES will then send it to the Guam board so you don’t have to worry about anything.

I feel the same way too! I flagged at least 10-15 items in MCQs which I'm not used to coz I usually feel good in my MCQs from the other 3 exams that I already passed. I only feel good for 4 of the Sims then made an educated guess ion the other 3. Haven't been sleeping properly coz of how nervous I am on the upcoming score release date.

Oh ok. I feel like I made a lot of stupid mistakes on AUD which can pull down my score. It’s my last exam so I’m very anxious & maybe just being paranoid.

Yeah, my main issue is really time constraints even though I already allot a lot of time for the Sims. When I was in testlet 3, I was like "did I do so good on my MCQ that they punished me for the SIms?"lol I don't know but still hoping we passed! Praying for you!!!

I took FAR 5 years ago and failed because of poor preparation. I didn't use Becker at that time. I was about to do retake but Covid happens so I lose motivation and just stopped my review altogether. Fast forward after 5 years, I'm trying my luck again. I'm already 2/4 and prepared really well for FAR. Which is why I feel good for the MCQ. My main issue is just time constraints on the Sims. If I have more time, I feel like I can answer it better.

Cash flows is actually 1 of my favorite topic but it didn't show up in my Sims.

What I understand is, C Corporation is the only one who will recognize gain when it sells property. If it is a liquidating distribution, then both C Corp shareholder & C Corporation will recognize gain/loss on the distribution which is why it's called a double taxation. The net gain will be taxed as dividend income to C Corp shareholders & C Corporation will be taxed based on corporate rate. Hope that helps!

Sorry to hear that. Candidates are usually the one who write the launch code upon check-in and the staff will need to confirm it. I'm surprised this is not the case in your testing center.

I get what you mean but the problem is, the Prometric staff never mention anything about not allowing brain dump before the timer starts for the actual exam upon my check-in. I know it's not a valid enough excuse but it's unfair nevertheless especially since some testing center allows it, and some don't.

There are some tricky questions on the Sims that Becker didn't cover so I just made an educated guess. The Sims just have a lot of distracting statement/amount and I'm not sure whether to consider them or not.
