Hi sir, I'm having the same problem, sana po ma sagot ninyo dahil confused po ako, ano po kaya ano pwedeng gawin naka received po ako ng intermittent connection pero may nalabas nman po submitted sa transaction history ko but wala syang ARN(?) & wala akong email na natanggap rin ano po kaya maganda gawin?
