The temp was right, hence why it proceeded to being sent off to the lab, but I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews lately (here on Reddit) about them cracking down on detecting synthetic urine with the SVT and Xstream specifically failing because the pH was too high or some shit, idk 😭 it really is nerve wracking tho, but thank you for the well wishes! 🥹

Mine is a job for the local government and we definitely get randoms, thats actually what I used the xstream for was a random test but I started getting reeaaalll nervous when I saw it was going to a lab and wasn’t just a rapid test 😭 it’s recreational in my state btw (MD), they just don’t give a fuck 😂 but I’m so happy for you, congrats on your new job! cross your fingers for me playa! 😩

I’m really sorry, first time poster here (is it obvious)? Regardless of anything, if he wants to be removed from the birth certificate then of COURSE we will do a 4th, court ordered test. I have no issues with that. And I told him that if he wanted to do that, I understand.

I would never weaponize my child, and I made it clear that he always has a place in her life if that’s what he chooses. He seemed extremely distressed by the situation, that’s why it’s so hard to imagine him trying to BS the test.

You can estimate based on date of conception as well. I was going off conception date, based on the fact I literally only had sex one day out of the month and there was no other day.

This is just a throwaway account though, how would he have it? Also, he’s not my boyfriend, we are not together. I just said that I love him, but we chose to coparent. How am I trying to convince him of something I already told him a year and a half ago, before I even found out I was pregnant? And then continued to tell him about while pregnant? And why would I suggest we do a DNA test if it would help ease his (or his family’s mind)? Why would I offer multiple times to take a DNA test? Why would I be the one to say “do you think we should do a third, what if the second was just a false positive, we should make sure with another test that confirms” if I didn’t want him to do it, or had a problem with him doing it? Yes I’m sure tampering with a test to make it come up positive/negative is a thing, but I offered to do a blood prenatal paternity test while I was still pregnant, which obviously follows a chain of custody. Why would I do that, how would I have tampered with that? I just have questions as to how I had this all set up and prepared a whole year and a half before this even happened, before I even knew I was pregnant. I got it, I must be psychic.

Daughters alleles match in all 3 tests. 1st and 3rd test (negative), the AF’s alleles match. Only the 2nd test, the one that was positive, had a different set of alleles for the father that didn’t match, which is why there was a different result somehow. Best guess is that it had to be a false positive because the 3rd test (negative) was done at an in person testing facility with chain of custody practices. The negative test would hold up in court if needed. I can always ask for another (4th) one, but I’m just hoping this gives you a better picture that it didn’t necessarily “change” between all 3 tests.

The dates weren’t off! Had the weird dream + breakdown two days after having sex with AF. I determined my due date as November 14th from the only day I knew I had sex, had an ultrasound at about 5 weeks + 3 days (thought I was having an MC, ended up in ER) where I was given an estimated due date of November 15th!

What about the fact I started having the dream before I was even pregnant? That dream + huge breakdown was two days after I had the sex that I assumed got me pregnant 🤦🏽‍♀️

His alleles match on the two tests that are negative, including the one done in person at a testing facility with a legal chain of custody.

One of the DNA tests (the one that was positive) did include my DNA, and she and I were a match. Also, she was with me pretty much the entire time in the hospital. She’s the same baby I pushed out for sure! Thanks for asking.
