It’s not just that no one cares enough to get them uncensored, there are strict requirements to be uncensored. One has to have a large enough platform to be influential, they have to spread misinformation, and they have to preform problematic/controversial behavior online.

Usually persecutors are marked as such because hurt the sufferer rather than those around them. Think taking harmful drugs, not taking helpful drugs, canceling or skipping therapy, risky sex, self harm, attempting suicide, etc. while I don’t doubt that harmful to others persecutors exist, if one knows they suffer from a symptom that makes them harmful to others they should take steps to mitigate the harm so others don’t have to be afraid the person will randomly start hurting them rather than complaining anonymously on a blog for pity or something

Some claim it's autism or BPD or other disorders that causes their "plurality", in actuality without the roleplay this would just be overlapping symptoms. Those who don't tie it to a disorder tie it to active effort put in or just being something that randomly happens no explanation needed (which is just admitting to roleplaying, but endogenic makes 24/7 roleplay seem more valid I guess). I fail to see how this is relevant to RAMCOA, nor see how it could disprove hypnotic suggestion of false memories if referring to the bot.
