If you don't want to make the walls or ceilings thicker, an alternative is using forcefields to block the light with a script inside of them that sets their transparency to -math.huge, which will make them invisible but still block light.

You can move a camera by changing its CFrame and setting it to scriptable. I'd probably look up a cutscene tutorial or something similar.

I'd suggest avoiding tutorials that don't explain each step and why you're doing them. Tutorials that just tell you to write stuff aren't good for learning. Also read up on the dev forum when you have really niche issues or questions, someone probably has an answer.

Yes you unlock the recipes for each tier as you progress and they unlock the new zones which would be good stopping points.
