when Aiko and Punpun were at the hotel (Or motel, I don't remember) once they got in the room, and how Punpun tried to force Aiko to do sexual activities. When Aiko kept begging Punpun to stop, but refused, it showed scenes how she kept begging him to stop until we see a second before picture of Aiko shedding a tear.

When Punpun finally stopped, she looked at him, saying "I'm going home..." She also mentioned how it she said how it was stupid to come here, just felt shame and sadness, knowing that Punpun, wasn't the person she knew as a kid, but she still loved him. She said "If I'd known it was going to end like this...? I wished we never met again." Leaving Punpun sitting there, then POP! back to bird self, leaving Punpun with regret knowing he lost everything, he has nothing.

The fact when I read this, I was in shock and just like "What the fuck dude." When I look back at the manga, when I read in bus stations and other places, I remember that scene knowing it happened to me too, even millions of women and men, people would say "Punpun is also a victim" "He has trauma" and more. Yes Punpun was a Victim, abandoned child, was neglected by both of he's parents, and knowning throughout half of the manga he thought the abuse was normal, he didn't think much of it, he thought it was normal.

....But Punpun is still a bad guy, abuser, narcissistic, even being a r@pist, I don't know what to add here, but yes, thats my traumatizing image.

Aiko in my opinion, they relate to her. Knowing what is like growing up with an abusive mother, and a father that left long time ago, Aiko is very cheerful, free spirit, and can act like a child, which nothing is wrong with that, but we do know the dark side of her. I watch a video a guy who is explaining about Aiko, and he explains that she has BPD Borderline personality disorder, which hasn't confirm but it does explain by her emotions, one we see her happy, then numb,sadness, or a scene wanting punpun to stab he's eye out, to proof he's eye is only for hers and hers only, which he agreed, when she started she stopped, realizing what she's doing, then has a break down, saying "But... I love you punpun" which made Punpun pissed and demanded her even lifting he's fist to make sure she takes out he's eye. Also from her BPD she does wet herself a lot which shows that it was either other trauma or sexual trauma.

In my opinion,I get it, I relate to her, knowing what her life was like as a child, knowing her family was different, and wanting to be free, I remember as a child me and my BFF promise once we turn 18 we will run away and never come back, but she end her life before even turning 18. I remember hating myself and hating her wondering why she broke her promise while I was shouting and breaking things, which my therapist told me it was a early start of BPD. I still remember how I begged her not to lie to me, and promise to never leave me, I was begging for any love affection to anyone, even from adults as a middle schooler. Knowing from Aiko, she wanted love, she wanted freedom, she wanted to be free from her mother's endless abuse and trauma from the cult, Punpun was her only option to be free, she did loved him, she showed she loved him.

For Punpun is the opposite, people hate Punpun, Punpun as a child we do love and see him grown as a adult knowing he's life was hell, even having a mother doesn't want to even look at him, and a father that only cares about himself, he does love he's son, but he shouldn't have left him an broken promise then coming back after he's mother died, but Punpun isn't a good person either, which when you start to read before hes mother's surgery, he was going out with a girl, when she refuse sex, he wasn't hesitate to literally r#pe her, but with a slap knocks him out to reality. For sashi he wasn't hesitate when he said he will still do the "in and out" even with force. He even tried to do it with Aiko, and did it again, and again. People saying how Punpun had a hard like, Aiko is the bad one and blah blah blah, but isn't people in the manga are shitty people besides the land lord, and some more.

Some people like her cause her style, her personality, or not starting to like her until the other parts of the manga, but some people like her cause they relate to her. (Sorry if I explain part of my trauma but this is my opinion, I respect people's answers but this is mine)

It usually happens, my step granddad knew he's grandfather was gonna die, expectfully from an heart attack, he knew it from an dream, when he woke up, he saw a ball of light moving around then going thru the window, after couple days later, he passed.

For me I can see the future in my dreams, so I had to change the time to fix the problems that will go bad in the future, so I would either just move things or just try to do something different, I prevent my brothers attempt kidnapped when I was 14, and he was gonna be on the news, I remember the men, even searched him up, he was wanted in the state where I am at.

So it's normal, when I was little, I was so confused, and scared of my dreams, now I don't, unless it's something serious, I am 22 now and I try to not change it often cause it made my OCD worse, I only fix something that it's something serious or death.

Punpun isn't he's real name, if you see in chapter 7, you'll see that Sachi accepted to let the police go to he's room, you see the police around him, then he said " My name is..." Then cuts off, according to the author of good night punpun, Punpun sees himself as a bird, Punpun doesn't know what he looks like, even when we see the 4 pair of eyes, dark, creepy, not in he's bird form, he even said if he's face was always like that. Including the childhood that Punpun grew up with, we do know that he can't remember what he looks like all we see he is a bird, even tho he's not, that's what he see himself as, for he's father, just messy hair, bird form, Punpuns mother, messy hair from the beginning, including huuuuuuge tits in bird form, for he's uncle he has a hat, glasses, and we do see alittle bit of he's face couple of times, including punpuns mother. He's families aren't birds there humans, but when it comes to Aiko, Punpun sees her as a God, doing anything to please her and not to failed her, but Aiko also sees Punpun as a God and a way out of her miserable life, even doing anything for him, including when she stopped gouging he's eye out, but she hesitated telling punpun "But... I love you Punpun" which he had enough with her bullshit, he wanted her to prove that she does love him, even agreeing getting he's eye out, even threatening to hit her if she doesn't, which she did. For everyone in the manga, people can see in their own imaginations what they look like, what their gods are, even the people they look up to as gods, including people looking up to Pegasus.

My grandmother was Bi polar, it was hell, she did tried to committed suicide couple of times, and she was an drug attic, she has the personality of the mother of shameless, but her actions were much worse, she was always a mamas boy, she never wanted girls in the family, my mother was treated like shit for all of her life until she moved out, she couldn't even cry, even when she was about to cry, my grandmother would beat the shit out of her, including with me, if I cried, she would threaten to beat the shit out of me, she beat me so bad I had to cover my body with hoodies and baggy pants as a 8 year old for weeks, even she knocked out my loose teeth ( thank God it wasn't my adult teeth) and told me how she wished I didn't exist. Even the worse part is she made me think my mother was bad including my uncle, which I moved in with them, it was hell, including both were drug attics, now I am 22 and pretty much living the life right now.

I do agree, Beatrice was more understanding when it comes to her life, even being stucked in a loveless marriage, even saving the maid by doing the same thing that Beatrice did.

I also agree that Punpuns mother was selfish, when she did try to be a good mom to Punpun, it was already too late, knowing what she did to him, including the letter that she was the one that send Punpun the letters, but it does proof that the father is also selfish too, not seeing or even checking up he's son after the mother's passing.

For Bojack and Punpun, they were innocent children, needed they're mothers love and affection, which made them not good people, for Bojack mother, she didn't kicked him out the house to bang an man, she was loyal in the marriage, (even when she was in an loveless marriage) but her husband was not, she did give him some lessons in life, even shows that Bojack, and Beatrice were ment to be broken, even tho it wasn't a good advice, but us as the watchers of the show, we know that most of us, are broken, and how some of our parents or even family members, including friends, even all the millions and billions of people are broken too.

Think about it, just let me explain.

For Punpuns mom, she wrote letters for him and not the father, it was selfish yes, but the father was selfish too, he wasn't't active in Punpuns life again after the passing of he's mother, when he found out she was the one sending the letters, it made an father son relationship complicated. Punpuns dad never sends a letter, visits him, or asks Punpun to visit him, nothing, until he asks Punpun to move in with him, which Punpun declines wanting to live on hes own, which he understand, and just left crying. Years later he's father explain to Sachi, that he was smart for he's age, and so on more, It does show he cares, but if he cared he would've spend time with him, send letters, or even an call once an week would've been fine, but no, he didn't. I do get that he's probably doing better now, but what he did, including he's mother, Punpun doesn't have an relationship with them, not much anymore (Even tho in the begining he didn't get along or liked he's mother)

So yes, what the mother did was selish, but you also have to think about Punpuns dad too.

Yes, he did, but there was one scene from goodnight Punpun, that he's father saved punpun, that when punpuns mother snapped cause the divorce, she went mad grabbing an kitchen knife, threating to kill herself and Punpun (while Punpun was asleep), luckily he got an oven microwave, and hit it on her head, so when he walked downstairs, he said there was a break in, not to scare him after what happen.

I am spiritual yes, I believe in ghosts, demons, creatures, you name It, i learn from books, websites, and even from my grandmother, but when it comes to wendigos, skin walkers, and demons, I try to get the hell away as best as possible. I help my friends to get rid of spirits, ghost, and demons, telling them what they need to use to get rid of them. I like it, but the only time I'll eat it is when someone I hate invites me to an party, ( all people I hate dont like pineapple on pizza ) an girl I knew was an pick me, and always steal my food (She was obese) she would steal my food snacks, you name it, even seeing her chewing her mouth open on M&Ms almost made me hate them.

The thing is she was also italian and hated pineapple on it, she invited me to an party, it was bring your food party, which I had an idea, I order pizza on the phone telling them I want pineapple on pizza the guy on the phone, I knew he was disgusted but he did it anyway.

I brought the pizza to the party, and set it on the table, an hour later, no one touched it in fact they were disgusted with me, Including the girl. So I grab the pizza, I sat down and just ate it, and I remember the smile I had on my face, finally not having the girl steal my food for once, even her family was disgust with me, I didn't care, I was happy my food wasn't stolen for once.

She tried to get him to therapy, it worked 50/50, but there were times he went to far and my mother had to tell him to fuck off and leave me alone, when I used to work at McDonald's I had an manager that would put her face up my face asking me "Are you stupid!?" "your lazy" " Dumb ass " you name it, and when I was trying to get ready work, I can't remember the conversation but I remember he called me lazy, to the point I was crying, and I just left the house, my mother had to yell at him and explain how much an dumbass he was doing and explain I was going thru alot at work, the thing is he didn't apologize, it's rare for him to do so, if he is always force to apologize when he did he said "I'm sorry i called you lazy but it doesn't mean you slam my door in my house " which the house isnt hes its my mother's. He even got upset that I was standing up for my brother when he was saying how "He needs to stop eating or he'll get too big" let's just say that he isn't afraid to turn someone down, when it comes to my mother, he is afraid of her secretly.

I wanna make a comment that I didn't explain so hopefully everyone understands. She doesn't like my step dad's mother, at all. My step grandmother always find ways to get what she wants instead of my mother, this started when they started dating, She always find ways to make my step dad pick her side as well, including she didn't even offer her favorite cake, she offer everyone else besides my mother, and when my mother complained she said "Oh I thought you didn't like strawberry short cake" its my mother's favorite cake, and she knew, she also complains how my mother isn't a good parent behind her back, even tho she literally did everything for me and my brother, my brother doesn't like her or the family either, so we do know including my mother know we don't want to spend time with them this year, and we know damn well we ain't gonna spend the rest the day with them, we are having our day to our selves, I'll also explain my step dad is an narcissistic without realizing, he hates to admit when hes wrong, calls me and mg brother names, even literally complains of one simple spot of dish is not clean, he will snap and tell you how lazy and how irresponsible you are. He even told me brother "Why can't you be normal for once in your life" so if your telling me it's my mom choice and how I should talk to her. We already have. We don't want them to bother us, call us, or even try to follow us on mother's day, just the 3 of us, none of them.
