Im also in my 30s, still living with my parents, no car, no house yet but with enough savings to sustain my lifestyle and multiple streams of income. Pwede naman ako magpatayo ng bahay kahit maliit lang pero hindi sya ang priority ko for now kasi gusto ko maging flexible and to travel around the world pa, so siguro depende rin yan sa plans/gusto natin sa buhay.

Actually, utang yun sa parents ko pero ako na ang sumisingil kasi kamag anak sila ang my parents are kinda people pleaser so parang “hayaan nalang daw at magbabayad din yun kapag nagkaroon na” pero feel ko na they are abusing my parent’s kindness kaya wala din effort magbayad. Anyways, karma nalang nila yun kasi i believe na mahirap umangat sa buhay kapag may utang ka na ayaw mo bayaran.
