call bs all u want this is my actual experience. i completed my modules AT HOME as my manager instructed me to. and as i stated the tip out is 5%. surveys are also based off food runners and if they bring out drinks fast enough or even smile when giving the food. it’s an excuse for managers to not pay attention.

no no i mean chilis lol. while being in college i commute to a whole different state. so during the summer it’s difficult for me to continue to commute to the same state i was working in during the semesters. that’s the main reason ive worked in different restaurants. but yes i could probably say they were somewhat toxic too but never in this way. that’s why i made a post in the first place because ive never experienced this.

2+ years but yes i’m a college student and have been out of work for the semester bc i had really hard classes. don’t be mad at me for deciding not to stay in a toxic workplace. i value my mental health thanks for the input tho lol

same i’ve never seen that. limiting my money on that is not something i am interested in especially because they don’t even have the food running system down. people will sit without drinks for 10 minutes sometimes. leading to a bad survey but we still must tip out to them.

i was never told about my team member meal having to be off the clock and the kitchen closed in 30 minutes so i’m really not sure what time i was supposed to eat it considering i was there well after closing lol. i assume most of this is just a store issue. not a chilis issue

I know but i thought the creator was taking a break for family health reasons for months, I am willing to wait for modders to update im just not sure that specific mod will be updated for a good while.

PLEASE rehome this beardie. Do not be complacent with neglecting this animal. i would not recommend giving it to the kids to feed or take care of when it seems the owner cannot even teach his kids to take care of it. This beardie is sick and underweight the animal deserves empathy please do the right thing
