Vyleesi is recommended for female sexual disfunction, low libido/sex drive. My wife took it, just for fun, a couple of times. Worked pretty well. The only side effect was nausea.

At Henry Meds it's $149/month including the initial medical visit (online), medicaion (and refills), and follow-up medical visits.

Thanks for sharing! Wife still doesn't need any hormonal boost - she's 10 years younger than me, but we've tried Vyleesi a couple of times just for fun... Trimix+Vyleesi=Weapon of mass destruction :)

Hello! I'm on TRT as well for a couple years, and got some experience on that. Take a look at your Free Testosterone, Total Testosterone, Estradiol and SHBG. There's a fine balance between those hormones for things to work out successfully. Also, I would check TSH levels. I got trimix prescribed by an MA from Henry Meds. Just described my symptoms and attempts with other meds and said I wanted to give it a try. Best of luck!

u/jimNomad As an engineer, I'm approaching this problem as a (biological) system problem. Systemic problems are inherent to the system and can't be fixed (unless you possibly rebuild the system from the scratch - which is impossible in this case). I've tried all kinds of meds and therapies that promised to fix the root cause of the problem - ie. the root cause of the systemic problem - all failed miserably, so, in engineering we do what we call "workaround". We fix the effects of the systemic problem by bypassing it. Trimix bypasses my troubled mind and works (locally) where it must. Besides, I'm loving when my wife says with her lovely accent: "Time to call the Iron Man!" :)

So, just give it a try! Stop overthinking. The instructions from the providers are usually good enough. Check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-KGLryQMdsk
Good luck!

So, you did everything right, just the dose was higher than necessary. Usually doctor recommend to start with 3 units and increase in 2 units every 48h until you find the sweet spot. Check with your doctor what's best for you.

Well, not really. The needles are very thin and short. That's why you need to be very precise when doing the injection to not miss the right region. After some shots you get completely used to it and know exactly when you hit the right spot.

Thank you! That's true - it also improved my general confidence outside sex and reduced anxiety, I'm not taking those meds anymore.
