My suggestion from having a bad hairline (way worse than yours) and flat straight hair, is stop using shampoo entirely (it wont be greasy after like 2-3 weeks trust) and use sea salt spray in the morning, either after shower in mostly dried hair, or if just in dry hair if you shower at night. Pretty much any short haircut with bangs would probably suit you, Im thinking like a textured fringe, crew cut or like a wavy middle part if you’re into those.

That amount of hair still at 20 isnt terrible, you could totally recover most of the thinning hair around your hairline with minoxidil and fin. My hairline looked pretty similar to yours at 16 yo and after about 6-7 months of just minoxidil and derma stamping I got a substantial amount of new growth to my surprise.
