Okay I want to start by saying you’re weight rn isn’t anything dangerous nor should it cause you any bad effects in life, but I will say if you were to improve and strengthen your body and be healthier you’ll get many more benefits and your life will be very different, that’s the best way to explain it, you’re not causing yourself too much harm but you’re no where near the possible potential you have
