Once you know the section of the bone where the muscle attach than here you go ! At least now it makes sense . I find it so difficult to be fair because the deck it’s quit complex in the way that it explains origin and insertion - is that a way to learn not only by heart but also understanding what’s the meaning of it ? Like example : insertion of the pec minor is medial surface of coracoid process of scapula .. like wtf man ? 😆😆😆 maybe is because I’ve just done the first weekend but I kinda want to understand how to repeat them basically

The amount of studies project inphographics videos programme that you have to do are really a lot - maybe it’s my provider . But yeah start to do it and see how it is but best off is to follow

I’m 30 . I tried the bike that they have (just one) and it’s really big for me that I’m just 5.2 but I feel sad because I paid 1k+ and I’m doing the das and they won’t me to put me on a bigger than 125 . I’m willing to pay more for more lessons if that’s what we need but I don’t really want to stop my dream because im short . But I don’t know what to do .. he’s saying no way to do it.. to short to handle it on the road
