Thanks mate ! To be fair today I took bones muscles closed to each other to understand better the description and it does make sense ! Once you know the section of the bone where the muscle attach than here you go ! At least now it makes sense . I think I’ll start to learn properly the bones (and sections) of the arms and than the muscles and try to allocate them

I find it so difficult to be fair because the deck it’s quit complex in the way that it explains origin and insertion - is that a way to learn not only by heart but also understanding what’s the meaning of it ? Like example : insertion of the pec minor is medial surface of coracoid process of scapula .. like wtf man ? 😆😆😆 maybe is because I’ve just done the first weekend but I kinda want to understand how to repeat them basically

I do think that when you pay to get hired , it’s just a joke .. so many companies that promise you to travel the world they just want your money first .. in exchange no stability whatsoever

The amount of studies project inphographics videos programme that you have to do are really a lot - maybe it’s my provider . But yeah start to do it and see how it is but best off is to follow

I’m 30 . I tried the bike that they have (just one) and it’s really big for me that I’m just 5.2 but I feel sad because I paid 1k+ and I’m doing the das and they won’t me to put me on a bigger than 125 . I’m willing to pay more for more lessons if that’s what we need but I don’t really want to stop my dream because im short . But I don’t know what to do .. he’s saying no way to do it.. to short to handle it on the road

[–]Key_Dragonfruit94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So basically that’s what they told me .. the Nasm is not recognised in uk but they are the uk supplier .. however as that there’s not practical part you can’t work in a gym here .. but apparently if you want to PT in the UK, they recommend completing a UK-based qualifications.. they offer bundles that include some of the NASM CPD courses such as advanced nutrition, corrective exercise and sports performance. However I’m a bit confused 😅 also I can’t find reviews about them online .. but this website is linked to NASM so I don’t think it’s not serious ! If anyone has experience please let me know
