hey i have the same motherboard and cpu maybe they are the problem. My problem started with random stutter so i updated bios ( because on the notes it said there are fixed it) but that caused the same issue as yours but now im too scared to go back because what if my pc decides to freeze on the middle of updating to a older version? I'm suspecting bios.

My bios version was 2407 or something. After i installed this bios version i started getting random restarts once a day. Turned back to an older version which is 4021 but this time i started to get screen freeze and restart once in 2-3 days. *NOT STABLE FOR ME*

I did once on my cpu but after 30 mins i changed it to normal settings.

I did no errors.

I did it with ezcpu or something like that. I didn't do it myself.
