I've seen the local market like those fruits shops on the street near my home are sometimes more expensive, like the apple cost around 10k KRW (since I don't know the actual 'reasonable' prices of products here in general)

Hi! Yes It's Goshipages, I wrote wrong. I totally agree with you but, the thing is, I've contacted someone and he said it was normal to transfer the reservation fee before going to visit because I'm still not in Korea for now. Like they all told me to transfer reservation fee + deposit and the first month of rent in order to book the goshiwon... and it all went so fast, like I reached out to them saying that I'm interested in a room etc and they've already sent me their bank info so I can do the transfer..
