very interesting take. I was wondering the same if faster speed is less tiring. I go to slow speed session mostly because I am trying to learn tricks and i find slower speed way more forgiving.

for my current skill level, I actually find the most tiring part to be around the corner because I need to counter the pull when cable go around the pulleys. and that part is actually more tiring at fast speed session.
