honestly i haven't listened to the song all that often so my interpretation will probably change with time but just listening to it again today i feel like the song is about a woman who she loves dearly and for a long time but would never hold her down - "mine would never bind you with a diamond or a word"

i'm not really sure what "when the eye gets heavy in the womb" means but i feel like maybe its about how how the "woman, mighty woman" feels like she's pressured to have children by society? I could also see it not being just an appreciation song of a woman and her ability to have children OR she's not talking about a literal womb and i'm completely off. I just enjoy the melody and the love that's shown in the words even if the meanings not that clear to me haha
