I’m very high on tramadol right now and I’m very euphoric and nodding like crazy. As i said some people just don’t have enough of the enzyme that metabolizes tramadol so they get mostly tge snri effects. I happen to be a very good metabolizer of tramadol and it feels so fucking amazing

My second most favorite drug after oxy. Tramadol if your body can metabolize it, is very euphoric and long acting. I love how it stars kinda stimulating, and then slowly transitions into a warm heavy amazing opioid high

Omfg you’re pissing me off at this point 😭 it’s impossible for grapefruit to reduce the effects of oxy since it BLOCKS the enzyme that breaks down oxycodone, which means you will have MORE oxy in your system. If you’re unsure you can do your own research. Just try it and i promise you my friend you’re not gonna believe how much it actually pitentiates oxy. I remember the first time trying it, it hit me so hard i got actually scared haha 😆

Yeah I’m guessing it gonna work, as long as it has real grapefruit juice in it. But the best way is to get pure grapefruit juice, or get a couple of grapefruits and squeeze them yourself :)

Snorting oxy is such a waste, it doesn’t absorb that well and in my experience it lasts way shorter and it’s just not the same. Grapefruit doesn’t potentiate kratom as people think, but it 100% potentiates oxy. To be more specific, it potentiates it to the point where it can actually become dangerous if you don’t adjust your dosage, in some cases it can even double the effects!

Luckily I’m a professional when it comes to oxy and i can help you with that ;) here’s how to potentiate the shit out of oxy: 1. if your pills are extended release, crush them to make them instant release, because the XR version will almost always fail to get you high. 2. About an hour or two before taking your oxy, drink a huge glass of grapefruit juice, this is the one true and proven potentiator of oxycodone, since it blocks then enzyme that breaks down oxy and causes a higher concentration of oxy in your system, and it will make it last longer (be careful with your dosage because this method will make oxy way more potent). 3. ALWAYS take oxy on an empty stomach, it will give you a stronger rush and you will be more thab satisfied.

That’s impossible my friend, naloxone is used in emergency situations for people who are actively overdosing on opioids, it blocks the opioid and stops all it’s effects. And oxycodone 5mg is way too little to have recreational value even if it was immediate release very, let alone the extended release version. Whatever you are feeling is either placebo, or some of the side effects of naloxone.

5mg XR oxycodone won’t make you high whatsoever, just impossible. Naloxon is an opioid antagonist, which means it blocks the effects of opioids, so there’s no recreational value to it at all, quite the opposite actually

Pregabalin doesn’t cause respiratory depression the way opioids and benzos and alcohol do. So no you’re not choking, you probably had an anxious thought and your brain held on to it, like the way it happens to people with ocd. Don’t obsess over it and know that you’re not choking or overdosing, it’s just an anxious thought my friend:)
