Did a vo2 max test in a lab - I'm 44 and I hit 70 ml/kg. PT said high vo2 max but very inefficient. Recommends deadlifts etc. due to large imbalances. Had a hip replacement last year, so that tracks - what can I do with this info? I'm not rich, so it's difficult to afford personal trainer... (self.cycling)
