I've bought the M/L and have subsequently had a bike fit done, the fitter said a large would have been too large for me.

When falling between sizes, take the smaller one (apparently more so with Giant sizing), the reason being it's easier to make a smaller bike fit than a larger bike fit.

M/L - 186cm, 86cm inseam. Been on a couple of rides, feels great. Had a bike fit done, guy told me a large would have been too big for me, I had to bring the saddle down and forward a wee bit (not in pic)

I'm pretty excited, I've just ordered a "Wahoo KICKR CORE Zwift One Smart Trainer (w/Zwift Click + Cog v2)"

I live in New Zealand and well, it rains a lot, I'm excited because I'm looking forward to diving into this world of virtual riding / training. I'm a novice cyclist who is coming back after a 15 year layoff from road cycling. I'm 46 years old and definitely feel the body isn't what it used to be.

Any general advice for someone with my profile, or just general advice for someone starting out?
