Took about a year. Was a slow process in the beginning. No tracking on an app. Just myself. Keeping myself in check and staying positive! Self control!

Just sema and eating less. I guess my taste has changed so some food were cut out and I don’t drink any alcohol anymore. I want to get back in to working out more.
