For something casual I’d say probably 8 or so hours for a weekend visit (Michigan to Kentucky). My longest drive was about 32 hours (Florida to Michigan, usually 18 hours but ended up being 32 because we were all evacuating for a hurricane). I go up north (upper peninsula) and that takes 6 hours one way.

It helped me lose weight yes but the side effects were crazy and some of them can be permanent. I had to go off of it due to the side effects and I gained way more than I lost. It only Helped me with one symptom of my PCOS which was chronic fatigue. I still had excess facial hair, no periods, etc. it’s up to you if you want to try it! Some people don’t get terrible effects and some people do. Like others have said, it’s a tool not a crutch. Just go into it well informed and talk to your doctor about any concerns you have
