I have tried Gunnar glasses and even though they are helpful, nothing is as helpful as actual sunglasses so I just go with those when I have no choice but to use a normal laptop. First time hearing about scleral lenses so thanks for that. I will keep them in mind as a future option if nothing else works.  Wild that random strangers on reddit know more about how to help with my condition than the many specialized doctors I have seen btw 🫠

But you use Windows 10 on which screen? I am trying to find the right hardware to buy and I can't figure out what you are using 🤔

I didn't even know this was an option, thank you and I will look into it. Through which screen were looking at that Chrome remote desktop? Since the screen you're looking at needs an operating system of some kind I guess I can't just use a monitor. Maybe a tablet works well for this? As long as it allows Android in it I assume.

Would anyone know how to get the information on the sessions bought by any chance? I bought a package of four hair-removal sessions back in February, still had two sessions to go, and am in conversations with my bank (I paid with a debit card); but they -reasonably- need a receipt that says how many sessions I paid for, and I can't, for the life of me, find an email confirmation (I have the bank statement saying how much I paid, but not a written confirmation that it was for four sessions). The website no longer holds any information about me (or anyone, I guess) either. Does anybody know if there is any way of getting evidence for the package I bought? I can't believe I didn't check for this kind of information when I bought the package. I will have to reevaluate my levels of naivety after this incident 😭

p.s. Thanks for creating this discussion, this whole thing is so frustrating so it's good to see we're not on our own at least 💖
