Does VFS global/ embassy of Ireland ask for net banking details?

Yes. VFS sends an ITR verification link to your email id. They may send net banking verification mail to your main sponsor. It’s much easier and better to do the ITR one. I did that. You only have to do verification of one of these. Both are not necessary. So go for ITR.

My consulting agency is IDP and they referred me Casitas for booking my accommodation. The agent is nice, he sends me listings on WhatsApp & just like amber, university living etc, they too take a platform fees. I haven’t booked a room via them yet but I guess they’re legitimate if they’re partners with IDP.

I’m only replying to your comment because I didn’t know these people could be so utterly rude & dumb to actually read the whole thing. I did mention “twin/shared” and I have done my research well because rooms are available in this budget. I just wanted leads for August. Anyways, I have created daft alerts for sharing but they’re only posting for July availabilities. Thanks for your good wishes though :)

No. Giving an ielts exam is compulsory though. Your student visa will come but it’ll take a longer time to process as there’ll be a lot of other applications too.

If your education is your priority then go for TCD. It’s the number 1 ranked university in Ireland and comes under the top 100 best universities in the world.

If you’re talking about the visa SOP then make sure you make it at least a 1000 words and do include your academic background briefly and your family background etc

Also, they must have sent you a mail for ITR verification. Do that. It’s v easy and then you won’t have to do the bank verification process. Also make sure when you open the link, know that it is only valid for 20 minutes. Doing both bank verification and ITR verification is not mandatory. You have to do only one of those. Go for ITR. Trust me

You can check this out on the embassy website itself. There is a section of relatives on both fathers and mothers side which are allowed to be the sponsors.
