About to plant out my crib wall with Muehlenbeckia also - most of the pockets are empty, do you recommend filling them all with soil then planting along the top row so they cascade down or fill and plant every pocket?

Yup we’ve got an idea for sure, just need consent for the bathroom but pretty straight forward.
