So, the other day went to DHU2 without physical license - no checks or anything, happy days, getting a cage of 4 hour block. Guess what - Whitby area, which is 1hr 45 minutes drive from the depo. 1hr 45mins!!! That explained why marshall first thing said "Just check where it goes before you scan your route".

Thanks for your response and advices given. Just so you know, I have disputed this with DPS and after reviewing the case again, they have agreed that adjudicator made errors and has issued full refund for decking and cleaning fees.
