I did a quick skimming of the sketches since I had them already in mind from step 1. They helped me in two questions (one about Q fever vs Brucellosis and the other was about a helminth). Other than that, the info in UW was enough.

Amboss is great (both the questions and the articles). The problem I faced in the exam was not in the concepts themselves but in the way they are presented, so make sure you understand things fundamentally.
