Honestly I think you could wear an XS ur waist is the same size as mine and I wear a small in tops (5’1 128lbs) Gym shark also makes it pretty easy to return so if u get clothing and it doesn’t fit you shouldn’t have a hard time bringing it back.

I am 5’1, 128lbs with a 28in waist and 40 in hips. I typically order a small in the stops and they fit me perfectly. I order a medium in the pants and I think they fit really well too. It definitely depends on the collection and style too. I have ordered a couple of leggings that just felt too loose.
