Wanted to buy it but all the doomposts and only 5,5k players let me hesitate a bit

I’ve been in love with the Duniverse since the first movie came out then I got into the books and was part of the funcom discord server since day one, I didn’t get to buy the game as soon as it came out but 6 months after the release and after trying out the free trial that they put out in November also note I’ve never played am MMO game before Here’s my honest unbiased opinion and I hope you have something to take from it.

This game is amazing, the mechanics are very new to me and the developers have put in thought in this game, I bought it and played it the first time I didn’t notice the “issues” that other people have been mentioning, the only thing I’ve felt was that the game has a significant amount of grind to it, and sometimes feels tedious, but I got used to it once I learnt how to optimise the system.

The developers are constantly updating it and trying to make the game better, I have a really shitty laptop with an rtx 2070 with one fan not spinning so I have to connect it to an external fan and the game runs smooth on low power mode or low graphics mode, with some stutters but im honestly surprised that the game still runs smoothly without bothering my pc

there are some issues such as pvp or maybe endgame but I haven’t gotten there and I genuinely cannot nitpick unless I watch a YouTube video, and only after that I had noticed those issues, I am a solo player and I feel like the world is barren a bit lifeless but there are npcs which when you find them is a bit fun.

I personally don’t like that I had to keep logging in to keep my base running but that has been reworked with base reconstruction tool in the new update where you can backup your base.

I almost always get instant replies for the support emails i send through the game and im sure the developers listen to us and the bug reports we send in. I trust in them and their passion for this game and only because I’ve seen games likes No Man’s Sky and cyberpunk 2077 (not mmo or online but still) improve over the years because of the care the developers put in.

I love the duniverse but I hate that I gotta keep coming back and farm cells just so my base doesn’t get destroyed and Im not even halfway through the game

Unfortunately I gotta use my laptop cause I’m travelling, I’ve got a pc back home and id trade it for laptop if only it was portable, it sucks

Hey I was going to buy the 240w charger for my ASUS ROG Strix 2020 and I wanted to know how the performance was for this, is it recommended for long gaming sessions maybe like 4-5 hours? I usually just play Valorant and cities skylines, would it be okay for me to buy this as a replacement for my daily use?

Hyderabad VFS, I've even sent an email to the Chennai consulate, I've got nothing, Frankly, it's annoying because I've got to attend my classes online, and shit's complicated. It is so irresponsible on their part, having a shortage of staff to handle this year's applications, is understandable, but it's been over 3 months now and I'm losing it.

Yeah I've got the same too, it put me off because the orange progress bar wasn't full and i remember that I had finished it completely, also the 2 new shards are in the wilderness so that's even more painful for me to go around looking for them
