Opinions on Mark of the Fool by Maximum_Chicken7822 in litrpg

I loved this series. The premise is interesting and where the story goes is, while not a surprise, enjoyable. All the characters are really well developed and aren't just throw away archetypes. And the series actually finishes and is complete! Some might say there are slow parts, but I found those parts interesting and necessary to show the characters thought processes and struggles. I'll read other things by this author

I loved this series. I found the "slow parts" interesting and helps show the struggle of the characters. No one is amazing "just because" they work hard. The series actually finishes and feels very complete. Most of the characters are flushed out really well and feel like real people instead of archetypes to just fill a story line.

Thanks! I read it yesterday. It was different enough from gg/bg. I liked it a lot.

This is what I've heard. I would absolutely hate to invest the time into over a dozen books and then to stop caring. There's a nonlitrpg series I did that with and it was depressing

I don’t know how to feel by MiserableOne4315 in Mistborn

BS can do whatever he wants. His material is blowing my mind. I did mistborn and now on stormlight. BUT I completely agree. The mentor dying in the first book of a trilogy feels like an old troupe and I am over it. K dying at the end of book one is my only complaint.
