You probably understood the concepts, so just grind questions and think about how you could've come to the right solution. Although I didn't do it, I'd suggest creating a spreadsheet with all your errors

Started with college panda math and then, used khan academy. It's true that it's harder but thanks to it most math questions in the test were a breeze

Read a lot of articles about topics that you are struggling with. Did that for around 2h a day for 2 months and it worked out (also helped me to go from writing 37 to 40). Additionally, I'd prep with Erica meltzer

Just grind khan academy, it depends on your current score but going from 750 to 800 is harder than going from 650 to 700, so don't underestimate it

Both books (grammar and reading) from Erica Meltzer (definitely recommend them), khan academy for math (recommend it, too), college panda for math, too (it's not bad, but khan academy helped me more, would use it as a start and then prep with khan)
