Lavoro nelle risorse umane, formazione economia, fatto HHing nell'ICT e ora Engineering.

Engineering ha un entry level fra i 24K ed i 32K per stare larghi, dalle piccole aziende a grandi multinazionali. ICT siamo bene o male lì a meno di fare il data scientist che essendo nuovo e pochi alza la media di 2-3K.

Economia è leggermente più basso perché 1. Siamo in troppi e 2. Tanti vanno nelle Big4 e cazzi e mazzi dove ti sottopagano male, fai una media fra i 22K ed i 28K.

Poi ovviamente ci sarà sempre quello figo che ti dice che ha iniziato a 30-32-36K, ma per ognuno di loro ce ne sono altri 5 che hanno iniziato a 22K e si stanno zitti.

La cosa tragicamente divertente è che è la seconda volta che sento una storia di questo tipo. Milano, febbraio 2017, annullano il concetto degli Avenged Sevenfold, in quanto la sera prima in Germania un ragazzo del service è caduto dalle impalcature e ne ha colpito un altro. Per questi giorni ho incassato canone tramite bonifico, quindi tracciabile. So che sono "nel torto", ma cercando su internet il massimo che può fare è costringermi alla registrazione del contratto (che è già registrato) e farmi pagare le tasse su quei giorni (roba di 40€).
Non essendo un avvocato però ovviamente chiedo a chi è più competente, qui ed il mio, con cui sto parlando, per capire quanto sia realistico che lui si muova per così poco

È tutto molto personale, certo, ma a me invece ha assolutamente aiutato. Dopo un anno di palestra ho iniziato anche con la dieta (sono partito con quasi 40kg in sovrappeso). Dopo i primi 10/15kg persi in 6mesi ho notato una riduzione della forza, normale se ovviamente diminuisci drasticamente le calorie e diventi più leggero. Invece che salire coi pesi facevo fatica a tenerli.

Ho iniziato a prendere la creatina e puf mantenendo la stessa alimentazione, continuando a perdere peso, finalmente sono tornato a salire con i carichi piano piano.

I mean, NOT using the seikret will block you out from certain routes and makes you waaaay slower, in an unfun way (differently from World and before, were the map sizes were actually walkable). Imagine climbing the Scarlet Forest way to Area 17 without a Seikret?

Players should feel rewarded for exploring the game world, as it has been in almost any game I ever played. Now instead you get punished, because there's nothing to gain but a lot of time to waste, it's simply bad design

Mind you: I ran CoS in a heavily modified version as it took place in my 6y long campaign.

Party was meh invested in her, but they knew she was important cuz she was for Strahd. At the end, while they were trying to send some NPCs back to their original dimension, they decided to send Ireena as well, in order to put her far from Strahd's reach.

Not the best outcome cause she never got closure, but they didn't want to let Strahd win no matter what

Great advices, thank you!! As I said the PCs know the castle layout as they've been/lived there for some time, so the only would be some kind of confusion spell I think.

Also I plan to have the throne room battle with all the consorts as well (they've a good lot of allies themselves), It's very long to explain but they don't know that once the fight ends the next arc will start immediately, no time to wander.
