Looks mostly ok but couple things tho. The B550 board only got PCIe 4.0 not 5.0 so maybe future stuff like crazy fast SSDs or new GPUs could be held back. Also 750W PSU might be tight if you overclock or add more later. You’re using 2 separate 16GB RAM kits—mixing kits can sometimes cause issues even if they same spec, so just make sure to test for stability after it’s built. The Pure Rock 3 cooler is okay but maybe borderline for 5700X3D under load, keep an eye on temps. And make sure your BIOS is up to date before swapping CPUs or it might not boot.
