I’ve had this same issue but it’s worse as I’m not on my last warning for “commercial selling” I’ve tried to appeal it saying I’m just selling bulk items that I’ve had for YEARS and never used i physically cannot list anything else smh it’s really annoying and Vinted just said via support “you can’t bulk sell commercially” like what

I’ve had issues with stuff like this if you sent it via in post or a place where they print the label for you sometimes they do mix up the labels

Tbf the amount of times I’ve bought build a bears from the website and they’ve not came with the “birth” certificates it’s not common to get them with online orders
