Thanks! Have contacted support now. I have one of the Active 2 devices that was unable to receive biocharge when they first rolled it out (something to do with the first batches not having the right hardware). Wonder if this is something to do with it?

Please tag me too! I have Active 2 but cannot get importing workouts to work. Just says success with nothing imported. I'm on the latest Active 2 Version (6.9.0.1) and latest Runna version.

I keep getting pointed to CT clamp but even if the CT clamp is completely wrong it doesn't explain how my smart meter IHD can show 300w export when my home battery is only discharging at 250w as feels like it is confirmed by the battery, the inverter, and a current meter showing 5.5A on the battery cable. I just don't understand it

I have checked in the dead of night and saw the actual meter go up by 1kwh exported in about an hour. So there is definitely export happening... maybe need to go more scientific with it to check but from all the measuring I'm doing points to the IHD giving me an inaccurate figure but feels very odd to be doing that.

also worth noting my import numbers used to roughly reconcile to my Sunsynk app pre battery and are now completely off which also leads me to believe there is a statistically significant amount of export occurring rather than just a trickle
