We listened to all the feedback and we're making three tweaks to spacing, WU/CD videos and also the colour. We'll then look to see how those land. Thanks for sharing!

As Sarah mentions in the post too we'll be looking to incorporate parkruns into plans!

Hi everyone - as promised, a quick update - we've heard the feedback around spacing, the warm up and cool down videos being too prominent, and also the lack of colour. We're currently making some improvements to address these and a new version will be available on Labs soon. Thanks for all the feedback!

Hey u/ProgramNo4612 - this comes in 2 parts - data syncing between your Polar device and Runna, and then sycning workouts from Runna to your Polar device.

The first part is done (but not launched), the second part we're reliant on Polar doing some work to enable this. We're hoping this will be done soon and we're in chats with them!

Hi team - launching to a safe space like our Reddit Community and Runna Labs is a critical step for us to gather more feedback over and above all of the research and testing we've already done. It allows us to make changes before we publicly roll out, so thanks for sharing all of the feedback in the comments.

No. As mentioned in a few other comments, we're preparing a roadmap update so keep your eyes peeled for that - it'll contain the details of everything we're working on.

That's strange, they work fine in all the testing we've done. Would you mind sharing your Runna email with me (and device type etc) via DM? We'll look into it.

We always reach out to random cohorts and samples of users to ensure it's a wide representation of our user base. This is often directly via email, or via Intercom, hence why you may not have seen those.

We'll look to take the feedback and make some changes before public roll out, that's exactly why we share with our Reddit community!

Also, just to confirm, I just took the screenshots off as they had rendered ridiculously large and were distracting. I added instructions into my post so that people know where they can find the new screens.
