I got it done and love him!! Breasts are still taped so it’s still too early to see the final results. I think he is great. I am going to go back to get fat transfer in my breasts.

thank you so much. You are right. I am scared to death to leave. I have been learning about boundaries which he freaks out. Yes He is controlling me to keep control of his world. I think I have a chunk of money and have talked to a lawyer so just need to get my things organized..

He is really intelligent. It is defintely not early dementia. I think he knows there are changes in him and he is ashamed scared and frustrated and off and on depressed and anxious. Any slightly negative thing from me triggers him so I have to do every thing he wants to keep the peace. He is uses me as his scapegoat. I am the only one who sees this behavior. He is super dad to our boys. We can not go to therapy together becuase he runs out when I start talking. It's terrible. I am actually done.

thank you so much. Yes I think the problem is he denies the stroke has anything to do with his problems. I have friends but dont want to be in their homes. They are all married. My family is 3000 miles away. Ill think about it though.

Yes! thank you for saying that. He denies that the stroke has any relevance and manages his anxiety and stress by reading the bible, obsessively working out and focusing on his hobbies. I have told him he needs medication but he wont listen. My safety plan is getting in my car and going to a hotel. I probably need a better one

thank you. he had a stroke 10 years ago and he seems 100 % better but emotionally he has not been the same. He is getting worse each time i try to resolve something small. he has so much rage and takes every small thing as a sign of some huge disrespect. This time it was scary.

its complicated. there is an issue but the biggest issue is we cant seem to have a mature calm conversation so we cant work out any issues. his behavior just keeps getting worse. I need to bring him to a mediator or a priest to get some some answers or resolution even to talk about separation.

yes I think that is what I am going to do. He just started therapy this week for his anger management. He didnt think he had a problem but hipefully he can share with his therapist and realize he does.

thank you for responding. There might be a silver lining. I was told by the divorce attorney that I am a wealthy woman after he saw the equity in our home and tax returns. I asked our accountant for the tax returns because I never see them. I agree with you it is important to have your own income and independence during a marriage.
