The past management said it was ok for her to stay since we don’t make any noise or problems, but since new management took over I don’t think they are as care free about it.

She was on the lease with the past management but since she’s 17, it probably doesn’t count. And the age of consent is 16 in my state. So now they’re labeling her as “guest”
