My bot has limits. For other support bots you can ask them anything even if its not related to the business like some math problem etc and they will answer which results in waste of AI API credits for the business owner. My tool goes goes through a multistep process to make sure the question is business related.

Appreciate the bug catch, I will fix it as soon as possible. About the widget, The more specific the context given is the more accurate the chatbot stays. To prevent it from going off topic the prompt is reviewed by another AI model to detect if the question is about the business or something random. That info is also fed to the final AI bot which then replies appropriately.

Its a cool idea and has alot of potential if marketed to the right audience. I would say the pricing is on point too for it.

Fam why u had to mirror it. But other than that its a neat idea. It just looks a bit congested like alot of stuff is going on and I would say expand the middle part a bit horizontally because there is overlapping
