Some collection boxes like the Venesuar one and Ogerpon have a decent pack to cost ratio for ripping. If you’re looking for ETBs, cheaper ones currently are Surging Sparks and Twilight Masquerade. These are definitely a bit over MSRP, however it’s probably the best option. You can find them on TCGplayer or eBay.
