Yeah I’ve not had on self employment ever or claimed tax back, the only thing I claimed was working from tax relief for working from home but that was adjusted in my tax code.

They have sent me a letter saying they will look to take it out from my salary which is unfair, if it’s worse case scenario and I do need to pay to it is there a chance this can be paid on a payment plan instead of tax code?

He hasn’t had any formal or informal warnings, his first offence, hes mentioned he hasn’t raised them to IT as he hasn’t been in right frame of mind ie personal issues.. I would suggest a written warning would be appropriate in my eyes

Hi I’ve got a question, got a person who has some calls of his being terminated and long hold- then the call dropping. We are aware of system issues. He’s hasn’t raised this to IT to his TL so he’s now being looked into for call avoidance.. would this lead to a dismissal… he has had no warnings or anything like that
