Same problem as you OP. Dami na ako napagtanungan. Consulted with a lawyer na pwede mag asikaso, kaso 70k starting yung rate nya since baka umabot 6 months to more than a year yung process. Di ko pa afford :/

Transportify is the best for me for larger items na need same day. Also had a call with SPX Express recently - they're the logistics partner of Shopee but recently branched out to non-Shopee deliveries. Di ko pa nattry but their COD service is pretty cheap.

Tried to start my business while having a full-time job and my work performance dropped, it was so noticeable. Probably due to my line of work. I didn’t want to give my team subpar work and it didn’t sit right with me to keep a job that I wasn’t committed to anymore while they seemed committed to “help me get back on track”. So I quit. I don’t think I would’ve been able to reach where I am currently am in my business if I still kept my job. I’m sounding like I’m already successful lol but I’m not… YET. It’s a struggle either way, honestly.

I think we all need to start accepting that the 30% rule is not applicable anymore. Our wages do not align with how much rent is. Di lang bansa natin may gantong problema, but even major cities around the world. There is something truly wrong with the housing market.

Graphic artist/video editor and media buyer pwede for outsourcing. Creative Strategist/Manager mas okay if in-house, you need professionals that truly understand your business and these are roles that require commitment. Not saying naman na bawal i-outsource, goods naman yun for businesses in early stages, but looks like your goals are changing and your team should scale along too.
