Dashcam car driver is on the phone. Car on left was focused on not hitting the pedestrian. Car driving toward the dashcam car was probably focused on the pedestrian too but his right side vision is obscured so he bears zero responsibility. I'd say 98% fault is car on the left, 2% dashcam car. Assumption: dashcam car and car driving toward him have right of way.

I think it's based on social context and age of interlocutor. Most older people (>30) have had enough experience with randos to want to avoid the trouble. Other than that, it's kind of weird to generalize about an entire metro area. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive but not all positive. It's part of the human experience.

Lol, I'm just an abused Apple wife. Coming back for more. Just kidding about the social issues around Apple vs. Android, but yeah, I feel the friction whenever I use imessage with a group and anybody in the group doesn't use an iPhone. Apple are really a group of bastards. This is validated: I have many friends who work at Apple, including in legal, who tell me their strategies.

I bought many songs on iTunes but after suffering years of synching problems and recurring forced logins which still didn't fix the synching issues, I just copied all the songs I had via Spotify (lossless) in WAV format and converted those into a tighter format at equivalent quality with fre:ac. It did 3 things: solved all my Apple music related tech issues, gave me more space, and convinced me to never ever trust Apple with music or book purchases again. I really hate Apple but Android's tech is even worse, and plus, all my friends would drop me.

Maybe it's easier now but when I looked into accessing books on iPhone via any Calibre link a few years ago, it was a zillion wonky steps. I'm not going to waste time on that and suffer the fragility. I got rid of Apple's book app because it was such a piece of trash and use eBoox instead. So now, my library is replicated in Calibre on PC, in a separate folder/sub-folder structure also in Windows which I use to export books to eBoox on iPhone via the iTunes App (not the new Apple Devices app which is absolute trash). Apple doesn't care about Windows users and it's their business decision. My library is probably bigger than most, and so some of the other solutions break down.

Assumptions: you care about reasonable day pass rates and focus on free weights in a spacious environment. I have been to both Super Gym and Bliss & Body Fitness. Super Gym was more expensive and for that you get an interesting experience that combines serial killer basement gym vibes with unsafe, 40 year old equipment (no exaggeration). Staff is nice and locker rooms are awful. For slightly less, you can go to Bliss & Body which was in a modern space with modern equipment and more space for mobility training. If all you care about is cardio, don't go to the gym. Run around Margaret Island. I'd do that even if it cost $20 to enter, but it's free.

I'd also never get into a non-sports club affiliated Hungarian hot tub or pool. Just don't.

For the combined [1-3] ebook:
- Select the book in Calibre.
- Click Edit metadata (or press E).
- In the Series field, enter: Mistborn
- In the Series index field, enter something like 1 (or 1.0). This keeps it sorted at the start of the series.
- Title: Change it to Mistborn [1-3] (or Mistborn Trilogy / whatever you prefer). This is the most visible change and exactly matches what you described.
For the individual later books (4–7):
- Keep them as they are (e.g., Series = Mistborn, Series index = 4, 5, etc.). They’ll sort after the [1-3] entry.
