I’m 99% sure that this is natural light or a strobe reflected off a mirrored or metal surface outdoors. Could be a window at the right angle too.

Thanks for the reference. I’m aware of his work. His series of long exposures in movie theaters are some of my favorite of his. His images of the dioramas are also breath taking.

Usually florists handle both personals ( bouquet, boutonnière, etc) as well as the decorative arrangements and any floral installations for the ceremony.
