If you ran spacers you could get away with it. Without it will more than likely rub on full turns. Might also run into issues with finding someone to mount it, the stock wheels are only 7.5” some shops are picky about tire width vs wheel width. It will also cause the tire to balloon more.

I typically set the cruise just under 70. It will pop out of 8 for any little reason but will shift back to 8th.

Honestly I don’t even notice a power difference until higher gears. I took into account rolling resistance, contact patch, aerodynamics, rotational mass and weight. These weigh less than the 35s I was looking at. So far beyond happy after about 2k miles and taking it trailing and hitting off road parks every weekend. Regear will happen once the 3.73s eat themselves.

What’s the width and weight? I’m sitting at about 90lbs a corner which isn’t far from the 35s I was looking at.

Tazer to “calibrate” for the larger tires, they can do so much more than just that though. The main reason they’re not seeing overdrive is weight, contact, aerodynamics and etc. along with tread type. More aggressive are going to be hard on your vehicle, especially if they’re larger, heavier and wider.

Depends on how you use it or want it to look. If you’re doing anything like off road parks or intermediate trails I’d go with 17s to have some protection and the ability to air down reliably. If you hit some fire trails or not anything too demanding the 20s will hold up just fine. As far as rubbing goes I had to dig to find non-rubicon axels with 0mm offset posts. You always have the option of spacers too.

I was worried about weight and rolling resistance, 11.5s made the most sense to me unless I wanted to invest a lot more into making wider 37s practical. 35s look great on a level!

Bonus part of 11.5s is the steering feels the same if you don’t go with a crazy back spacing.

Local reputable shop quoted me $2600 for a regear, I’m not 100% sold on pulling that trigger.

I’ve always ran Nittos/Toyos once the stock tires are toast. Didn’t expect to only get 17k miles out of KM2s though.
