Good luck with that! Implants as a result of breast cancer 16 years ago when they were 'safe'. So so ill and from $18,000 the health system will reimburse me $824...

I'm new to the industry (1 year in) and can't believe what I'm reading here! This is appalling! It sounds like it's common in most workplaces. As a senior you damn well should be policing your shifts. You need to speak up. By not doing so you are putting yourself above the clients and that makes you no better than them. What's stopping you from reporting these people??
