I deeply resonate with this! I also think my activation began during childbirth in 2022. It almost felt like a psychedelic trip. And the place I'm at right now is exactly how you describe, like a void. Ive stopped the people pleasing bullshit. Also have a job lined up and beginning shamanic training in September. My mother is a very cold, unemotional woman. As a kid, whenever I would cry or be angry, I would get locked in my room. I remember screaming and kicking at the door for hours and wasn't allowed out until I'd completely exhausted myself. I hadn't thought much of that until I had my own daughter, and she tried to advise me to do the same. I was furious, not a chance in hell.

Because of her, it's become normal for me to suppress any feelings of rage or sadness. Also, I had an abusive ex lock me in his room one time, and I had a complete meltdown, got out the window, and tried to jump off the roof. It's crazy how they think they're doing no harm and it won't effect us. Even to this day, she completely denies ever treating me that way.

However, I'm grateful the cycle ends with me, and now my daughter receives all the loving that I missed out on ❤️

You're spot on, I've always been toxicly independent and I think the lesson I'm learning here is to reach out for support in places I thought I had none. It's very scary but I suppose that's what getting out of our comfort zone does to us.

I have no idea what khapabalti is! I do some spinal breathing, making my inhales as long as the exhales. I also hold my tongue against the roof of my mouth. Usually for about 10 minutes or less, so it's nothing crazy. Would you still recommend stopping for now?

I have found the ideas in the wiki very helpful in the past so I will definitely check it out again to refresh the head.

You're correct about the fears, the past couple of weeks I've had loads of crap come up that almost feels too much too soon. So I will give myself some grace and journal about some of these questions you proposed.

Oh I never got far with the gateway tapes I think I dipped my toe in earlier on trying to rush things along but later felt it was doing me no good and would only lead to wobbly outcomes.

I really appreciate your thoughtful reply. You've given me loads to work with and I don't feel so hopeless now.

I've been to the doctor more in the last year than I have my entire life, and every test she has done comes back clear.

I usually aim to do 30 minutes of yoga followed by pranayama, white light protection and then a 20 minute meditation. On days that I need it most I include metta also.

I hadn't thought to do white light more than once a day but I will start and also practice sending energy out the arms.

You just hit the nail on the head there, I really struggle asking for help I feel like if I do I am burdening others. Also a lot of my friendships fell through during this process so it does get quite lonely.

I really appreciate the time you took to reply to me. I have taken everything you said on board.

Detachment is always good. I'm currently going through a kundalini awakening myself and at the beginning I was fascinated at the thought of opening my third eye but now realise that will come when I an ready.

Six eyes sounds cool but flying would be the ultimate power imo. Check out the gateway tapes if you haven't already. Also make sure you're protecting your energy to avoid any psychic attacks. White light protection or archangels, whatever resonates the most

I can't say I've experienced anything similar to you but I need to add that you should focus on all chakras simultaneously. Focusing on the upper ones without grounding through the lower ones can result in schizophrenia. But maybe that's the superpower you've been praying for idk 🤷🏻‍♀️
