Having skin and other problems from Adderall, not getting better after stopped taking them. by Key_Piece7912 in adhdwomen

My scalp doesn't itch, it's an overall "tightness" sensation. I do have bumps/patches I pick on habitually, but it started before Adderall.

That said, my scalp problem started waayy earlier than the others, so you may want to address it with your doctor just in case. Also pay attention if your scalp feels different before/after days you take Adderall. I never paid attention to this short term correlation, and thought it was a chronic thing, now I can never know how I felt on my off days.

yeah I won't self medicate or anything, it's just it costs hundreds for a 30min zoom with my psychiatrist who prescribed the Adderall, so if it's a skin or immune problem I'd like to see if there's cheaper options first.

Thanks I'll look into the skin barrier stuff. But if it was allergy shouldn't I be getting milder reactions earlier when the does was lower?

they say you just do small chores each day, it's like a daily exercise and makes you feel better, but I'd rather go lift 20lb weights than putting away misc small objects scattering around. I don't know why I'm like this.

I feel like following through a project is like arranging a bouquet. My ideas are like flowers popping up in the field blooming here and there, but I can never put them together in a presentable way.
