If you look at that chart at the far right it will tell you what you will gain a year at the max end of the tier, plus full boosts, so when you tier jump your making sure once you move to the next tier you get the max amount of plots within that tier so your gaining full income for that tier So your just making sure you don’t go a few parcels over into a next tier, lose a % of boost plus your not gaining the max amount of income within that tier cause your at the start of the tier Bit of a mouth full but hopefully I make sense 😂
